Right Click the Mouse while the cursor is over the Video.  The Menu

will provide you with some zooming functions try variations to see what works

Firefox

In the Menu , Left Click on the "VIEW" tab ZOOM is down in the menu click it

and adjust the Video.  Watch the Text only  it will enlarge only Text items not the Video.
