When Loading the Programs be sure you are ON LINE ( if using a modem be sure you are dialed in. if Broadband e.g. DSL Network etc. you should already be on line) then choose the Operating system on your machine and click on it. The full instructions are below REGISTRATION (DO AFTER YOU INSTALL THE PROGRAM) Let us know your information by filing in the registration form below and sending it. Otherwise we might wipe you out inadvertently. Only properly registered machines are allowed into the domain. You will notice that the only thing we want to know is your Machine name. • * THE IMPORTANT ITEM DURNG INSTALLATION IS TO USE  "NCCORTHU1@YAHOO.COM" FOR THE REQUESTED EMAIL ADDRESS ( do not use your own email address) and "xanadu" as the password. Also just write down the machine name and access code.  The rest is next next and pick the defaults given. After Installation you will see this Icon in your System Tray ( bottom right of Screen) . It shows that the remote service is available when ever you call us. To keep disabled Click above. You only need it enabled when you call us.
• ** Your Win 98 or ME are often not current enough to install the Remote service this will check for that and install the updated windows installer if necessary. After this step go to Installer step 2.
• TO ADD COMPLETE SECURITY TO YOUR INSTALLATION CLICK HERE
• The main and about only installation problem that may arise  is  your firewall.

If you’re running  Win 98 or ME  click on that button, to upgrade your Windows Installer,  If necessary click on the installer one first and run that ( if it won’t install)

When asked to run  or save choose RUN ( Internet Explorer).  In Firefox you must save and then Choose OPEN in the Download dialogue box.

If you are using Internet Explorer you can try RUN.   If Firefox  then Download and OPEN when its finished downloading . Depending on your connection speed this may take a while ( slow modems especially).

NOTE--WHEN REQUESTED BY YOUR FIREWALL TO ALLOW OR BLOCK THE PROGRAMS " LogMeIn.exe" and "LogMeInsystray.exe  PLEASE HIT THE ALLOW, ELSE THIS WILL NOT WORK. You will have the opportunity to not run them later.

Be sure to provide us with this computer name you choose or your machine chooses for you , whatever it is,  other wise we may inadvertently cut you off. This is done in your registration process later on.
